Getting started

From first conversation to first patient.

Adding a health coach to your practice is a straightforward process. Here is what it looks like from the moment you reach out.

1

The fit conversation

Everything starts with a 20-minute call. No pitch, no demo. Just a conversation about your practice, your patient volume, your current protocols, and what you are looking to add. By the end of that call, you will know whether health coaching makes sense for your practice right now, and which of the three models fits best.

What we cover
  • Your patient panel and which populations would benefit most
  • Which model fits how your practice is already structured
  • How coaching gets introduced to your patients
  • What the arrangement looks like financially

2

Start small if you want to.

Most practices begin with a small group of 5-10 patients. It is a natural way to see how coaching fits into your workflow and how your patients respond before expanding to your full panel. There is no requirement to start small. Some practices enroll broadly from day one. Either way works.

What starting small tells you
  • How your patients respond to having a health coach
  • Which coaching areas are most active for your population
  • What referral and retention impact looks like early
  • Whether the model you chose fits the way you practice

3

Practice setup

Once you decide to move forward, setup is straightforward. There is nothing technical to install or configure on your end.

We align on
  • Which patients are enrolled first and how they are introduced
  • How coaching is presented under your practice name
  • How you stay informed on patient progress
  • How clinical flags get escalated back to you

4

First patients enrolled

Your first patients meet their health coach. Coaching begins. You continue practicing the way you always have. From this point forward, your job is to refer patients when it makes sense. We handle everything else.

What ongoing looks like

Your patients have someone keeping them on track between appointments. That means fewer questions landing on your team, more patients showing up to visits already doing the work, and a clearer picture of how each person is progressing toward the goals you set.

You hear from us when something is worth your attention. Everything else gets handled. The result is a practice where patients stay engaged, stay longer, and walk into appointments more prepared than they would have been otherwise.

The fit call takes 20 minutes. If it is not the right time or the right fit, you will know by the end of it.
